The Arabian Horse Club of Connecticut (AHCC) is a 501 (c) 5 federally recognized non-profit agricultural organization, and was formed more than 45 years ago! The AHCC is the largest Arabian club in Region 16! The AHCC was developed to help promote, encourage, and stimulate interest in the outstanding qualities of the Arabian and Half-Arabian horse, and to have fun. Members of the AHCC are involved in many activities that help to develop their particular interests and gain a better understanding and appreciation of the breed we have all have come to love. No matter what your interest, whether it be the show ring, out on the trails, breeding, or you just enjoy the Arabian horse, the AHCC tries to provide something for everyone! The AHCC offers several memberships to choose from, membership in the AHCC is open to anyone having an appreciation and desire to know more about the breed, you don't have to own or show an Arabian or Half-Arabian, you just have to love the breed. The AHCC continues to be an icon not only in Region 16, but with the Arabian Horse Association (AHA) our parent organization.  For years the AHCC has finished in the top four of AHA’s Club Excellence competition in each category in any given year; Breed promotion, Membership Recruitment/Retention, Communications and Club projects. In 2007, the AHCC won the Communications category with it’s monthly newsletter, The Arabian Script (soon to be an e mail news publication).  In 2008, the AHCC won both the Club Projects category with a DVD of AHCC events throughout that year, as well as AHA’s highest honor Club of the Year!     About us www.arabianhorses.org www.region16.org AHCC Beach Ride Parelli Clinic Home   About us   Contact   FAQ   Baltic Star at Sport Horse Nationals AHCC Brochure Membership form By-Laws Points Awards Booklet
